Systainer³ called „systainer three“

At the beginning, there will be two different sizes (footprints): Systainer³ M (W 396 x D 296 mm) and Systainer³ L (W 508 x D 296 mm). Systainer³ M will be available for 6 heights, Systainer³ L for 3 heights. Additionally, there is the Systainer³ Organizer for both footprints.

We will deliver individual Systainer³ from January 2020. You are welcome to place projects already today.

Yes. Systainer³ can be individualized for 1 piece as well.

New market requirements: The modern working environment is getting more and more mobile. Also in trade, it is rare that people work in only one place. Craftsmen e.g. work on the one hand in the (carpenter’s) workshop and on the other hand are at the customer’s location or at the construction site.
With the systainer^® system we already offer the most continuous transport system (for craftsmen) on the market. In order to offer maximal mobility to our customers we started together with Festool a co-operation with the vehicle and operation equipment manufacturer Bott.
Together, we have developed a full range mobility concept consisting of Systainer³ and the vehicle equipment bott vario3.

As already available for the systainer^® T-Loc, there will be a wide portfolio of inlays for different applications. Many of the new inlays are even compatible with the former generations (see compatibility matrix inlays).

Since we want to offer our customers even more application possibilities, there are going to be six different heights of Systainer³ M and three different heights of Systainer³ L.
The height of the lowest Systainer³ M corresponds to the lowest systainer^® T-Loc/ Classic Line (112 mm incl. feet). By introducing Systainer³ M 137, an intermediate height (systainer^® size „1,5“) has been added. To put it in a nutshell, the customer gains further space thanks to Systainer³ (i.e. systainer^® T-Loc V: 427 mm vs. Systainer³ M 437: 437 mm, hence + 10 mm).
The new heights of Systainer³ fit the vehicle equipment bott vario3 perfectly.

For Systainer³ L, we don’t only offer more heights, but also even more width. MIDI-systainer^® T-Loc and Systainer³ L will be linkable, of course.

Our proven T-Loc closing element has been further optimized. Now, the new T-Loc catch is fixed more firmly to the Systainer³. Furthermore, thanks to the structure of the catch, which consists of closing element and cover, it can be designed in two different colours.

Compared to T-Loc/ Classic Line, the handle on the lid has been turned by 180°. This way, the handle can be grabbed early when taking the Systainer³ out of the vehicle equipment and the Systainer³ won’t tilt when being inserted into the vehicle equipment.

The carrying handle locks into place in the Systainer³. When the Systainer³ M 112 and Systainer³ ORG M/L 89 are to be linked, the carrying handle must be lifted upwards. Thus, the carrying handle finally lays on top of the T-Loc closing element.

The Systainer³ carries 20 kg. The load on the lid is 100 kg.

The catch can be easily rotated or pushed out. Simply push down at an angle and rotate out. We supply the catches individually and in all colours.

Since we are the manufacturer, our systainer^® units can be combined with all other systainer^® units on the market. For this reason, we offer a manufacturer-independent system!

Yes, the standard range from TANOS offers a security set for the systainer^® T-Loc I-V. This consists of a lockable T-Loc catch, metal barrier, protective washer, circlip and 2 keys.

The dividers are ideal for this type of problem. They can easily be fitted together.

Yes, you can even create 'Your' systainer^® online in our product configuration system.

The systainer^® I-V, the MIDI-systainer^®, the Tool-Box, the drawer-systainer^® in all sizes, Rack-systainer^® and the MAXI-systainer^® II + III can all be combined. The MINI-systainer^®, however, can be combined with other sizes. For example, 2 MINIs will fit into one systainer^® I and 5 MINIs into one systainer^® III.

Yes, the advantage of the systainer® compared to other case systems, among other things, is that all the individual components can be exchanged and you are able to create your 'own' systainer®.

The systainer^® is available in 9 colours. And handles are available in 11 colours and catches in 12 colours.
