Yes, spare parts for systainer® products of all generations are available from our online shop or directly from us

I have a complaint. Who should I contact?

If the systainer® was ordered directly from our online shop, please follow the steps under the following link: FAQ - TANOS systainer® online shop

If you purchased the systainer® from a retailer, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product. They will be able to help you and process your complaint.

If you purchased systainer® as an industrial customer, please contact your sales consultant.

I need logo data or image material. Where can I find them?

You can request logo data and image material directly from our marketing team. Please send an enquiry to marketing@tanos.de.

My systainer® cannot be coupled. Why is that?

Make sure that the systainer® is correctly aligned and that no foreign objects are blocking the connection. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service.
 

Can my systainer® be locked?

Yes, many of our systainer® models can be fitted with lockable latches. Please contact us for further information. 
 

Does my systainer® fit on other systainer® models?

Yes, all systainer® models are compatible with each other and can be coupled or connected without any problems.

The insert in one of my systainer® containers has broken. Can I get a replacement from you?

Yes, replacement insoles are available from our online shop.
