Online dispute resolution platform, participation in the dispute resolution procedure 

Under current law, we are obliged to inform consumers of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform, which can be used to resolve disputes without the need to involve a court. The European Commission is responsible for setting up the platform. You can find the European online dispute resolution platform here: ec.europa.eu/odr.
We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and have decided against voluntary participation.
